The IFAHR has delivered the 2018 International Classification of Purebred Arabian racehorses.
In the four-year-old and upwards category, two horses received the best rating which is 128: Fazza Al Khalediah by Jalnar Al Khalidiah out of Assma Al Khalidiah (Amer), the winner of the Qatar Arabian World Cup, and Gazwan by Amer out of Arc de Ciel (Djendel) who won two of the three Group 1PA races run in Qatar: HH The Emir's Sword and Qatar Gold Sword.
For the Golf countries, this classification includes the races held during the 2017/2018 season.In the three-year-old category, this is a filly who obtains the best rating (113): Al Haffanah by Amer out of Al Nashmiya (Azadi). She won the Group1PA Qatar Arabian Trophy des Pouliches. At the second place, with a rating of 112 there are two runner-up: Marid by TM Fred Texas out of Al Dahma (Amer) who won two Groups 1PA, Al Rayyan Cup-Prix Kesberoy and Qatar Arabian Trophy des Poulains, and the Moroccan filly Moubna by Moubtassim out of Naimah (Darweesh). Moubna totalises 8 victories including the Group 3PA Grand Prix de SAR le Prince Héritier Moulay El Hassan, and one second place for a total of 11 starts at three years old.
